Who we are

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits, how many of you there are, or which pages you read. There are no third-party scripts on any page, and our fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so no other company sees your visit.

That is why you have not been asked to accept anything. There is nothing to accept.

What we collect, and when

Only what you type into our enquiry form, and only when you choose to send it. That is your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, wedding date, venue, what you are interested in, how many invitations you think you need, and your message.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, identity documents, or any special category data. Please do not send them through the form.

Our lawful basis

We rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR: processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. In plain terms, you have asked us for a quote and we need your details to give you one.

Because that is our basis, we do not ask you to tick a consent box, and consent is not something you need to withdraw. If you would simply like us to stop and delete what you sent, ask and we will.

Marketing

We do not add enquirers to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email. If we ever start, it will be to people who have separately and actively opted in, never as a by-product of asking us for a quote.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our own inbox by email. Two processors are involved in getting it there:

• Cloudflare, who host this website and run the small piece of code that receives the form.
• Resend, who deliver that email to us.

Neither is given your details for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and nothing is used to train anything.

Where it is stored, and for how long

This website has no database. Your enquiry is not saved on the site: it is passed straight through to email and exists after that only in our mailbox.

We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, which matters when couples plan a long way ahead. Where an enquiry becomes an order, we keep the order records for six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Email hello@neevandyana.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Links to other sites

We link to our Instagram and Facebook pages, and occasionally to venues and suppliers. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's website under their privacy policy, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version is dated 28 July 2026.
