On-the-day stationery
The pieces your guests actually pick up and read at the table.

What we make
On-the-day stationery is everything printed that appears at the wedding itself rather than in the post. Place cards, menus, table numbers or table names, the seating plan, the order of service or order of the day, welcome signage, and the small things nobody thinks of until the week before: bar menus, favour tags, thank-you cards for the tables.
It is a genuinely separate decision from the invitations, and plenty of our couples come to us only for this. If you bought your invitations elsewhere, that is completely fine, and we will happily work to match what you already have.
- Place cards, flat or folded, printed or calligraphed
- Menus, per place or per table
- Table numbers and table names
- Seating plans, from a single board to a set of panels
- Order of service and order of the day
- Welcome signs and directional signage
Matching your invitations
If we made your invitations, the plates already exist, so carrying a motif or a monogram through to the day stationery is straightforward and costs less than starting again. If somebody else made them, send us one. We can usually match the paper, the colour and the spirit of the thing closely enough that guests will never know they were made in different places.
When to order
Later than the invitations, and later than most couples expect. Place cards and seating plans depend on final numbers, which means final RSVPs, so we normally print these four to six weeks before the wedding. Get the design agreed early and leave the names until last: that way a late change costs you a reprint of one card rather than the whole set.
Tell us what you need
Your date, your venue and roughly how many guests. If you have invitations already, send a photograph and we will work from that.
